Jay Bourassa, Executive Chef
As Executive Chef, Jay oversees all culinary activities including menu creation, daily food preparation and staff management.
Jay comes to 22 Bowen's from Trattoria Simpatico in Jamestown, RI, where he served as Executive Sous Chef. Jay has also worked at several Boston area restaurants including Sonsie, Ambrosia on Huntington and The Good Life.
Originally from Massachusetts, Jay currently resides in North Kingstown with his wife, daughter and son.
