Chris has worked at 22 Bowen’s since its opening in 2001. Since then Chris has mastered each station of the kitchen, from sauté to grill. Prior to joining 22 Bowen’s, he worked as a line and banquet cook for the Bluefin Grille in the Providence Marriott.
Chris earned his Certificate of Culinary Arts from Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s culinary program, and earned the Distinguished Visiting Chef Scholarship to Johnson & Wales University. There, he completed an externship at the Marco Island Marriott Resort in Florida and earned his Associates Degree in Applied Science in Culinary Arts and his Bachelors Degree in Foodservice Management.
A native of Westchester, NY, Chris currently resides in Newport, RI, with his wife Kate and their dog Morgan.
